Riders see the whole price before they book, and pay the driver in cash. Drivers pay one flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every fare — no per-ride commission, ever.
Cairo first · pay in cash · price agreed up front
Most ride apps take a cut of every trip. Meshwar doesn't. Drivers pay one flat monthly subscription — and everything a rider pays goes to the driver. Fairer for drivers, better prices for riders.
No 20–25% cut per ride. One predictable monthly plan, and 100% of every fare is yours.
Because there's no commission padding the fare, prices stay honest — and you see them before you book.
Every part of the fare is itemised on screen before you book — including a busy-time increase when one applies. Pay the driver in cash, in Egyptian pounds.
Every option is priced the same honest way: quoted from the real route, before you book.
The everyday car. The lowest fare on the board for getting across town.
More room and a newer car, for when the trip is longer or the day matters.
Through the traffic, not stuck in it. The quickest way across a jammed city.
Send something across town with a driver you can follow the whole way.
One for getting somewhere. One for making a living. Both in Arabic and English, right to left or left to right.
Set your destination, pick your car, and read the fare line by line before you commit. Then watch your driver come to you.
Earnings that add up to what's in your pocket, hotspots that show where the work is, and a plan that never takes a cut.
A fair price is an engineering problem long before it is a promise. This is what runs every time somebody opens the app.
Every quote is built from an actual road route and live traffic, with a second engine standing by. If neither can answer we say so — a straight line never prices a trip.
Your request reaches the right nearby drivers in order, and a driver can line the next trip up while finishing this one.
The car's position streams to your phone as it moves — and to whoever you sent the trip to.
Fake-GPS signals are caught on our servers, not in the app. The phone reports; the server decides.
Drivers see where riders actually are. When an area is busy, the increase is its own line on your fare — and all of it goes to the driver.
One catalogue of words drives both apps and every document we send you, right to left by design rather than by mirror.
Built in-house: the two apps, the API, the routing chain and the documents we email you.
Pick your car — Economy, Comfort, Motorbike or a package — and see the whole price, itemised.
A verified driver accepts and you track them to your door.
Arrive and hand the fare to your driver. Any change goes to your wallet. Rate the trip.
Send your licence and vehicle papers, then buy a day, week or month plan by card, wallet or cash at a kiosk. That's the only fee.
Accept requests near you and navigate with built-in maps or Android Auto.
Collect the full fare from every rider. No commission, ever.
Most ride apps take 20–25% of every fare. Meshwar takes nothing per trip — and the difference adds up fast.
Slide to your monthly fares and see what a per-trip commission would quietly take.
Illustrative figures, based on the 20–25% per-trip commission other apps typically charge. Meshwar plan prices are shown in the driver app.
When the app doesn't take a cut, the fare doesn't have to cover one.
ID, driving licence and vehicle papers are reviewed before a driver takes a single trip — and an approved car can't be quietly swapped for another.
Watch the route in real time, and send the driver, the car and the ETA to whoever is waiting for you.
Riders and drivers can raise an SOS mid-trip. It opens an urgent line to our team with the trip already attached, so nobody has to explain where they are.
Every trip can be rated with a comment, and our team reads them. Accounts that put people at risk are removed.
SOS reaches the Meshwar team, not the emergency services. If you're in immediate danger, call 122 first — the app is not a substitute for the police or an ambulance.
Fares in Egyptian pounds, paid in cash, priced for Egyptian roads and neighbourhoods. This is home.

Yes. Drivers pay one flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every fare. Meshwar never takes a percentage of a trip.
In cash, in Egyptian pounds, straight to the driver at the end of the trip. Card payment for rides isn't offered yet — when it is, you'll see it in the app. Any wallet credit or promo code you have comes off the fare first, so you hand over less.
We're launching in Egypt, starting with Cairo, very soon. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's live.
Tap "I want to drive" to register your interest. At launch you'll pick a subscription plan, get verified, and start accepting trips.
We're starting with Cairo and expanding across Egypt city by city. Other countries are on the longer map — but Egypt comes first.
A flat price — never a percentage of your trips. Plans run by the day, the week or the month, and prices are shown in the driver app before you buy. Pay by card, mobile wallet, or cash at a partner kiosk. When a plan runs out it simply stops; you're never charged more than the plan price and never owe us anything.
Sometimes — and you'll see it before you book, never after. When lots of riders in an area need a car and few drivers are free, fares there can rise for as long as that lasts. It's capped, it appears as its own line on the fare so you know exactly what it costs, and the whole increase goes to your driver. If you'd rather not pay it, you can wait or start from somewhere else.
Free while we're still finding you a driver. Once a driver has accepted and set off, cancelling may cost a fee — the app shows you the amount before you confirm, and the whole of it goes to the driver who was on their way to you. It isn't charged to a card: it's added to your next trip's fare and paid in cash with it.
A credit balance that comes off your fares. It fills from referral rewards, refunds, change when you pay more cash than the fare, and fixes our support team makes. You can't top it up and you can't cash it out — it exists only to make your next rides cheaper.
Economy and Comfort cars, a motorbike for cutting through traffic, and Package for sending something across town. You pick before you see the price, and each is quoted the same way.
Every driver's ID, licence and vehicle documents are reviewed before their first trip, and riders rate every trip so quality stays high.
Yes. One Meshwar account on one phone number can book rides, drive, or both — no separate signups.
Turn-by-turn navigation with live traffic — on the phone or on Android Auto — demand hotspots showing where riders are, destination mode for the drive home, back-to-back trip queueing, competitions, and an earnings screen that matches what's in your pocket.
Yes — when another driver signs up with your referral, you earn credit towards your subscription once they get going.
